Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary role will be to follow up on leads interested in Debt Collectors International’s services and convert them into clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging with current and potential clients, making outbound calls to cold, warm, and hot leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the sales process, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Sales Representative Objectives:
- Make between 150 and 250 outbound calls daily to generate leads and close sales.
- Work towards achieving monthly revenue targets by closing sales and setting appointments.
- Promote Debt Collectors International’s services and solutions to potential clients.
- Manage a prospect pipeline through the company CRM, conducting daily reviews of leads and lead sources.
- Accurately provide information regarding Debt Collectors International’s business model and value proposition.
- Ask insightful questions to understand the client’s industry, revenue, and specific needs.
- Document conversations in the CRM clearly and concisely for reference by fellow sales associates.
- Utilize role-play opportunities to gain confidence in the sales process.
- Communicate Debt Collectors International’s value proposition to all potential clients and current clients.
Sales Representative Competencies:
- Strong ability to discuss common occurrences in debt collection with business owners.
- Understand and follow sales scripts for Debt Collectors International’s services and solutions.
- Capable of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, targeting 25 new business accounts weekly.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and accurate note-taking on client interactions.
- Ability to explain Debt Collectors International’s services and value proposition clearly to clients.
- Comfortable with consistent follow-up and using creative outreach strategies, such as video messages and personalized letters.
- Thorough understanding of sales skills and mastery of Debt Collectors International’s services.
